Dotty May Baby Boutique provides worldwide shipping of all products including toys, clothes and outfits. Browse our store page and select your favourites, we will promptly ship them to your location. Contact us for any queries!

Processing & Delivery


All processing dates are quoted in working days as our office is shut on the weekends and unable to deliver over the weekend.  For personalised blankets & clothes please allow 14 working days for us to dispatch your items, for pillows allow 14-18 working days and all bedding sets please allow 7-8 weeks for us to dispatch.
We ship our parcels with APC & Royal Mail . When your order is dispatched you will receive an email with courier timescales and estimated delivery dates. We use different couriers based on the weight & Location.

Receiving your items

We urge customers to inspect there order on arrival to check there are no issues, if there are any issues please contact us within 48 hours via Facebook, Instagram, What’sApp or Email with photo evidence of any mistakes/faults.


 Payment is taken at the time you place your order, if you wish to cancel a non personalised order please inform us within 48 hours of placing your order for a refund (Minus admin fees)  as anytime after this a refund will not be issued as orders will already have been processed. 
Personalised, own design and customised items cannot be offered a refund unless items items are incorrect in this case all items must be unworn and have all Dotty May Baby Boutique tags attached if items are worn or tags removed we will refuse a refund/replacement as all returns are gifted to a local mother & baby refuge and used baby items are not accepted due to health & safety.
